Corporate Structure
Established on 1 October 2020, Malaysia Real Estate (MRE) operates as a key real estate investment entity under Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). It emerged from the reorganization of PNB’s Real Estate Division and encompasses PNB Commercial Sdn. Berhad and PNB Development Sdn. Berhad within its portfolio.
Our Milestones
2008
August
PNB Property Holdings Sdn Bhd was established.
2009
June
After PNB’s corporate restructuring, the entity was rebranded as PNB Commercial Sdn. Berhad, unifying prominent firms such as Petaling Garden Berhad, Island & Peninsular Berhad, and Pelangi Berhad under its umbrella.
2019
MIDF Property Berhad (MPB), initially established as Malaysian Industrial Estates Berhad in 1964 under MITI, now operates as a fully-owned subsidiary of PNB Commercial. MPB maintains a robust portfolio of industrial properties available for sale and lease throughout Malaysia.
